What it gives each part of the venue

Floor

  • Follow tables, open orders and waiter calls on the floor plan and in the floor panel
  • Print the pre-check, split the bill by items or evenly, distribute tips
  • Reservations and table selection on the plan; deposits depend on policy and an available payment provider
Where to start →

Kitchen

  • Each station gets its own dishes on screen, with timers and late marks
  • Print orders by station through the bridge — in the cooks' language
  • Out of steak — put it on the stop-list from the POS or the kitchen and it disappears from the menu and the POS
Where to start →

Inventory

  • Work out a dish's cost by recipe — with yield and waste
  • Upload a photo of the invoice and compare suppliers' purchase prices
  • Reconcile stock at stocktake — shortfalls are shown in money
Where to start →

Owner

  • See revenue, average ticket and profit net of expenses
  • P&L uses sales, purchasing, expense and payroll data; completeness depends on the data entered
  • Assign couriers — their route on the map is visible to you and to the guest

What you need to start

Tablets for waiters and the POS

Take orders at the table and run the POS in the browser or the Android app; a customer display is optional.

A screen or tablet in the kitchen

Open the kitchen screen in a browser on a tablet or a computer with a monitor; pick the station whose orders it shows.

The printers you already have

Connect compatible receipt and kitchen printers through the Masamenu.tr bridge.

Menu and recipes

Move the menu over from a photo, Excel, your website or Poster. Check the prices and fill in the dish recipes.

From a menu to a tested workflow

  1. 1

    Create an account and location

Select your venue format. Add a few items manually, check prices and the menu language. Sign-up does not require a bank card.

  2. 2

    Prepare menu and connections

Import and AI tools depend on plan and payment terms. Check recognised items. For POS, printing and payments, verify equipment and availability in your country.

  3. 3

    Test an order before launch

Follow the guest journey by QR. On an eligible paid plan, test POS, kitchen, printing and shift closure separately.

From opening to closing

Friday night

The floor fills up. The host runs the waitlist, waiters take orders at the tables. The grill, cold kitchen and bar see their own dishes and timers. A party asks for separate bills — the waiter splits it by items at the POS.

The manager's morning

Before opening you look at yesterday's revenue and average ticket. A supplier arrives — you photograph the invoice and check the recognised prices. After stocktake you go through the shortfalls in money.

Tourists without the language

Guests do not speak your language. By QR they pick dishes with photos and allergens in their own language. You take the order — in the kitchen it prints in the cooks' language.

Your own delivery instead of a marketplace

A guest orders dinner through your link. You assign your courier, the guest follows them on the map. The order comes straight to you — no platform commission.

Scenarios come from product settings and features, not testimonials: we don't promise "+30 % to the ticket" until we have measured it at your venue.

What to consider before you start

  • Orders from Wolt, Glovo and Yandex Eats do not yet reach the POS and kitchen automatically — the integrations are being connected; your own delivery and QR orders work.
  • Reservations support cancellation and rescheduling; deposits depend on the payment provider. There is no table-by-time timeline or automatic available-table selection yet.
  • Card terminal: the amount is still typed on the terminal and the POS records a card payment; the terminal link is being verified on live hardware.
  • Online payment by guests via QR depends on the venue's country — check availability for yours.
  • Fine-dining course firing (courses on the waiter's signal) is not implemented.

Check required connections and a test order before switching systems.

Frequently asked questions

We are a full-service restaurant. Won't QR get in the way?

The waiter still takes the order at the table and helps with the choice. By QR a guest can order themselves, call the waiter or ask for the bill. Once a guest order is accepted it shows on the POS and in the kitchen — the team sees what the table ordered.

What does a dish cost me?

Enter the ingredients, norms and waste in the recipe — the system works out cost and margin. On a sale the ingredients are deducted from stock. Stocktake shows the variance against the books in money so you can trace the causes.

If I open a second restaurant, do I have to run everything separately?

Add the restaurant in the same account with per-location prices and roles. Basic covers up to 3 locations, Premium up to 10; Premium has a 20-device limit.

Will our equipment work?

The menu opens on a guest phone. POS needs a supported browser or app; printing, scales and scanners depend on the model and bridge driver. Test your devices before connecting them.

What happens if internet goes down?

The first menu visit requires a connection: a CDN is not an offline mode. Already-loaded POS and a local bridge have limitations. Do not treat a fully offline shift as a ready workflow without testing.

How do we keep our data when switching?

Save the original data before switching systems. In sections that offer export, check the fields and file format you need. A universal one-click transfer of all data is not promised.

Can we import a menu?

Add items manually or use import from a file, photo or supported source where your plan allows it. Check the results; timing depends on source quality.

How many locations can we manage?

Free covers 1, Basic up to 3 and Premium up to 10. Devices, items, orders and auto-translation have their own limits. See pricing for exact terms.
