What's new
This is where we write down what has appeared in the platform and when it became available. It is not a list of fixed bugs and not a roadmap — only what already works in your panel.
How to read this page#
- One line is one capability. If there is no line, the change was technical and you will not notice it.
- The bold text at the start of a line is the section of the panel the item belongs to: “POS and floor”, “Telephony and calls”, “Staff and HR” and so on.
- The link at the end of a line leads to the help article that covers the same thing step by step. No link means there is no article on that topic yet — and that is visible too.
- Newest first. Months run from new to old, and so do releases inside a month.
- Capabilities do not arrive for everyone at once: some depend on your business type, the country of the location and the extensions you have switched on. If an item is listed but you cannot find it, check the App store and your Subscription.
Where the dates come from#
The release date is the day the change went to production and became available in the panel — not the day a developer wrote it. Those two days usually differ: a round of testing on the test stand happens in between.
Some older releases carry a “date from code” note next to the date. It means exactly what it says: no deployment record survived for that release (until the end of August 2026 the front-ends were shipped a different way, without run logs), so the date of the code change is used instead. The real deployment may have happened a day or two later. We would rather show the note than claim a precise date we cannot prove.
How to follow updates#
There is no dedicated “what's new in the platform” newsletter — we do not want to promise a channel that does not exist. For now:
- Watch this page. It is updated together with releases; bookmark it.
- The blog publishes detailed write-ups of the larger capabilities and company
news. The blog has an RSS feed at
/blog/rss.xml. - The AI assistant in the panel knows what the system can do right now: ask “can I…” and it answers from the current version rather than from this page.
- Support can tell you whether a specific change has reached your account if an item from this page has not shown up for you.
September 2026#
19 September 2026 (date from code) — The phone uptime chart — for any period you like#
- Telephony and calls. The phone uptime chart (device card → “Uptime”) is no longer limited to a day, a week or a month: move the window earlier and later, zoom out, jump back to now, type an exact “from… to…” — or simply drag across the bar to look at a piece of it up close. The period on screen is spelled out under the list, so yesterday's outage no longer looks like today's. Read more: Telephony: your own PBX.
18 September 2026 (date from code) — Search for sections in the sidebar, table booking that works like the Hall panel, a compact checkout footer, a Hall panel that survives a reload#
- Platform. The sidebar now has a search bar you can show or hide: click the magnifier in its header and start typing a section name — sections in collapsed groups and in your own folders are found too, with a hint showing where they live. The arrow keys and Enter open a section from the keyboard, clicking the magnifier again hides the bar, and your choice is remembered on this device.
- Website and storefront. When booking a table from the storefront, the guest now sets the booking the same way you do in the Hall panel: the fields come in the same order — date and time first, then duration and party size — and the sheet opens at the next full hour, which late in the evening means tomorrow. A time that has already passed is not accepted and the sheet says so under the field, so a request for last night can no longer reach you. Read more: Table Reservations.
- Website and storefront. The bottom panel with the “Place order” button on the storefront no longer covers half the screen: the promo code and gift card fields and the display currency picker have moved into the form itself, just below the order notes, leaving only the total and the buttons at the bottom. When the total has many lines, the panel scrolls instead of growing.
- POS and floor. The Hall panel on the POS no longer closes when you reload the page: F5 keeps you in the panel instead of taking you back to the till. The browser's Back button closes the panel and returns you to the till, and from the till it opens the panel again — seat a guest, take the order and get back to the floor with one click. You can bookmark the till with the panel open: the panel opens if the staff member at the till can see the Hall button. Read more: Hall Panel.
- Delivery and pickup. The “Pick point on map” map in the storefront's delivery checkout now opens on your venue instead of a map of the whole world: a guest without geolocation and without a typed address immediately sees the streets around you and a marker for your venue to find their home from. If the venue point was not set in the delivery settings, the coordinates from the location card are used, and if those are missing too, its address.
17 September 2026 (date from code) — Reservations at a glance, delivery zones without leaving the page#
- POS and floor. Reservations in the Floor plan window are grouped by day: every day has its own header with a count of bookings and guests, times line up in their own column, and each row now has a single bright button — the next step for that booking (“confirm”, then “seat”, then “complete”). Read more: Table Reservations, Floor Plan.
- Delivery and pickup. Delivery zones on the map are now visible and editable right where you set the delivery fee and the radius — in the website settings and in the online-order hub. The block says how many zones are set and what they are called, and the button opens the very same map as the Courier screen, so there is no third section to go to for polygons. Read more: Own delivery, Orders.
- POS and floor. Guests who book a table now get emails that talk about a table booking instead of “You are booked”: right after booking — “Table booking request received” with a note that the booking is awaiting your confirmation, and once you confirm it — “Table booking confirmed”. The emails now show the party size and the table. Read more: Table Reservations.
- POS and floor. A reservation can now be edited right at the POS, in the Hall panel: the Edit button on a reservation moves the date and time, makes the reservation longer or shorter, and changes the party size, table, name, phone and comment. Each reservation row now shows the window the table is held for the guest — for example “11:00–13:00”. A table that is already taken at the new time cannot be saved. Read more: Hall Panel, Table Reservations.
- POS and floor. A reservation can now release itself when the guest does not turn up: in the POS Hall panel, on the “Reservations” tab, the “⏱ Auto no-show” button switches the rule on and sets how long to wait after the reservation starts (15 minutes by default). While the clock runs it is shown right in the row; when the time is up the reservation goes to “no-show”, the table is free again and the POS says which table it was. The rule is off by default — running late is not the same as not coming — and a reservation with a paid deposit is never released automatically: a member of staff closes it, because the status decides what happens to the guest’s money. Read more: Hall Panel, Table Reservations.
- Delivery and pickup. A courier's route now takes a single pick. On the Couriers screen, in the route panel above the map, there is a new “🛵 Courier route…” list: choose a courier and every order they have taken lines up into one trip, calculated from where that courier is right now. No more ticking orders one by one with “Include in route” — and you can still add another order to the built route with the same checkbox. Read more: Own delivery.
- Website and storefront. When booking a table from the storefront, the guest now picks how long the booking lasts — 1, 1.5, 2, 3 or 4 hours, 2 hours by default — instead of typing a second clock time: the same list you use to edit a reservation in the Hall panel. Below the list the sheet says until when the table is held, for example “Until 21:00”, and a booking that runs past midnight is worked out for you. Read more: Table Reservations.
- Requests. The “Requests” menu item now shows an orange badge with a number — how many requests arrived since your last visit to the section, across all your locations at once. No more checking “just in case”: open the section and the badge clears, and the section opens on the location where something is new. Read more: "Requests: a single inbox".
- POS and floor. The hall floor plan now shows who serves each table: the waiter is a clear circle in their colour with their initials at the table's corner, and hovering over it (a tap on a tablet) shows their name. This works on the “Now” and “Scheme” tabs of the Hall panel, in the POS table picker and on the hall monitor. Read more: Hall Panel.
10 September 2026 — HR records, fixed assets and ring groups#
- Staff and HR. HR records for a small team: an employee has a manager, requests go for approval, people edit their own card, and HR events are dated — on termination access is revoked reliably. Read more: Staff & shifts.

*43; the result lands in the call log, and the PBX log shows the routing trace of a call.
