Subscription

The Subscription section is about money and your plan: which plan you're on, what it includes, how to top up your balance, generate an invoice and add extra packages.

Plans#

A plan has exactly five numeric limits:

number of locations;
number of menu items;
number of devices (tablets, registers and screens paired by code);
number of orders per month;
number of auto-translation languages.

Everything else that differs between plans is capabilities rather than limits: access to AI features (dish photo generation), for instance, opens up on plans above free.

The starter plan is free, enough to launch a QR menu. Paid plans raise limits and add capabilities. Monthly and yearly billing are available; prices and savings depend on the brand and selected plan. Compare the amounts shown on the plan card and pricing page.

Plan limits are soft: they stop you from adding beyond the plan (a fourth location on a three-location plan, say), but they never switch off what already exists. And guest orders are never blocked — the order limit only shows a warning.

Balance and payment#

Availability: this billing flow works on AWS brands. It is unavailable on cenaly.ru, where LLM-credit top-up and own-site subscription cards are not shown.

Balance is shown by currency; the "Top Up" button increases it.
"Generate Invoice" — issue an invoice for payment (handy for companies and bank transfers).
Choosing a plan and period (monthly/yearly) is done right on the page; several payment providers are supported.

AI balance#

LLM credits are separate from the account’s monetary balance. AI spending shows monthly usage by feature, a month-end forecast and a monthly spending cap. The spending card displays amounts in the account currency, with the conversion rate for underlying US-dollar charges. Credits are topped up separately; this billing flow is unavailable in the Russian cloud.

Add-ons#

Beyond the plan, separate packages are available. For example, the "Own site" add-on — a subscription that lets you serve a location's menu on your own domain (monthly or yearly billing, separate payment methods). FAQ#

What's included in the free plan?#

A basic set to launch a QR menu, with limits on the number of locations, menu items, devices, orders per month and auto-translation languages. Exact limits are shown on the pricing page.

What's the benefit of yearly billing?#

The yearly amount is set by the plan and brand. Compare it with twelve monthly payments; the same 20% saving is not guaranteed for every plan.

How do I connect my own domain?#

Via the "Own site" add-on: activate it in the Subscription section, then set the domain in the location settings. For the full instructions, including examples for popular DNS providers, see Custom Domain.

Can I pay by invoice?#

Yes, the "Generate Invoice" button issues an invoice for payment.
