Integrations — POS, delivery, messengers, API

Overview#

Meni integrates with popular automation systems, payment platforms, delivery services, and messengers. This makes it possible to embed the digital menu into your venue's existing infrastructure.

Accounting and commerce systems#

Supported systems#

The App Store also contains Coming soon cards for planned integrations. For Russia these include inventory and POS systems such as MoySklad, iiko, r_keeper, StoreHouse 5, Quick Resto, Frontpad and Kontur.Market; Saby Presto and Retail; CRM systems such as Bitrix24, amoCRM, RetailCRM and YCLIENTS; Diadoc, Taxcom and Moy Delo; Megamarket and Avito; Yandex Business, VK Ads and Mindbox; UDS; bank APIs for T-Bank, Tochka, Modulbank, Alfa-Bank and SberBusiness; and hh.ru. These are planned connectors with publicly documented APIs, not active connections.

Bank statements already work through file upload in Counterparties → Bank. Coming soon refers to direct bank API exchange.

If your till is not listed, Meni has its own POS, with familiar iiko-style and r_keeper-style layout presets. The Migration wizard and AI importer can read exported menu, product and stock files from systems such as Poster without an API connection.

Exchange boundaries. The 1C connector imports from a cloud database over HTTPS/OData. Local 1C through Hardware Bridge is not implemented, and this connector does not promise sales export back into 1C. Staff describes the separate 1C:ZUP payroll-file export. Saby prepares an outgoing document with its PDF; sign and send it to the counterparty inside Saby itself.

What is synchronized#

• Catalog — items, prices and categories; choose whether Meni or the external system is the master.
• Orders — sales flow in both directions for supported connectors: an Evotor receipt becomes a Meni order, and a Meni order goes to the till.
• Stock — updates after sales and receipts, with a selected stock master resolving ownership.
• Directories — counterparties, suppliers and employees.

Supported directions and objects depend on the connector; the limits above still apply.

Setup using Evotor as an example#

1. Open App Store → By location → Evotor.
2. Copy the displayed pairing code.
3. Install cenaly from Evotor.Market and enter that code in the pairing form.
4. Return to Meni, enter the store UUID from Evotor's account → Stores, and click Link store.
5. Configure the stock master, receipt of Cenaly orders on the terminal and default VAT rate.
6. Send the catalog.

Accounting-system integrations require Premium or higher.

Delivery Platforms#

Aggregators with implemented integrations#

Orders enter the common Meni list; menus and the stoplist are sent to the platform automatically:

Aggregator integrations require Premium or higher.

Other services, including Uber Eats, Bolt Food, Just Eat, foodpanda, talabat, Yemeksepeti, Trendyol GO, iFood and Rappi, appear in the admin panel's delivery-channel directory, with connection terms and contacts, but do not yet have implemented connectors. Add a venue profile link to the location card to show it to guests.

The App Store's Delivery category also shows services for your country. Each card states its readiness, from connectable now to documentation only. Cards without connectors accept requests to help prioritize adapter development.

Product marketplaces#

The same category contains product marketplaces for exporting goods and importing orders. The list is filtered to platforms accepting sellers from your country. Ozon, Wildberries and Kaspi adapters are implemented and available as pilots, as stated on their cards. Other cards accept Coming soon requests.

Benefits of your own delivery#

Accept delivery orders directly through Meni:

• 0% platform commission, compared with the article's indicative aggregator range of 15–30%;
• control over your customer base;
• scope to offer a customer discount without an aggregator's commission.

Messengers#

Telegram#

• Mini App — the full menu opens inside Telegram from the bot's Menu button.
• Connection wizard — configures the bot name, description, Menu button and webhook through Telegram's API. Create the bot in @BotFather first.
• Appointment and reminder bot — guests subscribe to visit reminders and confirm or cancel through chat buttons; owners receive new-appointment notifications in Telegram.

WhatsApp#

• Order button — the guest builds a cart in the QR menu and opens a prepared WhatsApp message through a wa.me link, without a server or Business API.
• Admin copy — the order is also recorded in Orders with the WhatsApp channel.

Hardware#

Hardware connects through Cenaly Hardware Bridge, a small Windows or Linux application on the till computer. The admin panel discovers it and can send commands from another device.

Receipt printers#

ESC/POS printers are supported, including compatible Epson TM, Star Micronics, Xprinter, Rongta and other models.

The bridge opens the cash drawer, prints a test receipt and can render non-Latin text as an image when the printer lacks the required code page, for example Georgian.

Fiscal registrars#

ATOL, Shtrikh-M, Daisy, Mercury and Pirit: fiscal receipts, X and Z reports, receipt-header settings and tax rates. See POS and fiscalization.

Kitchen Display System (KDS)#

• Runs on a tablet or Smart TV;
• works in a browser;
• needs no app installation.

Other hardware#

Barcode scanners, scales with live weight and stability indication, customer displays, cash drawers and surveillance cameras.

Payment terminals#

External terminal mode lets the cashier confirm a payment taken separately on the bank's device.

API and Webhooks#

Guest API — for AI agents and external services#

A public REST API, described with OpenAPI 3.1, without authentication: read the menu, place an order, check table availability and make a reservation. It exposes the same operations available to a guest on the menu page.

MCP Protocol#

The MCP server connects AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. With an API key, the assistant works with your menus, locations, orders and images on your behalf.

Webhooks#

Open Settings → Orders → Scenarios (Flow). A rule runs an action when an event and its conditions match. One action sends a webhook containing the order to your URL.

Events include:

• new order;
• order payment;
• order status change;
• order cancellation.

Counters load after guest cookie consent: analytics under Statistics and advertising under Marketing.

Links to external platforms#

Add venue profile URLs for Google Maps, Yandex Maps, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Foursquare, 2GIS, Instagram, Facebook and other services to the location card to display them to guests.

8. Delivery Zone Management#

Setup#

1. Settings → Delivery → Zones
2. Draw zones on the map (polygons) or specify a radius
3. For each zone, set:

Own delivery vs aggregators#

• Own: venue couriers, full control, lower commission
• Aggregators (Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food): wider reach, but 15–30% commission
• Hybrid: own delivery in nearby zones + aggregators in farther ones

9. SEO for the Restaurant Website#

Automatic SEO optimization#

Meni automatically generates:

• Meta tags: title, description for each page
• Schema.org: structured data (Restaurant, Menu, MenuItem)
• Open Graph: preview when shared on social networks
• Sitemap.xml: sitemap for search engines
• Robots.txt: indexing rules

Recommendations#

• Connect Google Search Console for monitoring
• Use a custom domain (menu.yourrestaurant.com)
• Fill in the venue description in detail (for Google Maps)
• Add photos — they are indexed by Google Images
• Enable reviews — the rating is shown in search results

FAQ#

Can every listed system be connected in the same way? No. Each integration has its own requirements: a partner account, access to its API and location settings. Start with the guide for the service you selected.

Does the 1C integration automatically send sales back to the accounting database? No. The OData integration described here imports data from 1C; it does not provide automatic reverse export.
