Glovo Integration
Connecting your restaurant to the Glovo platform to receive delivery orders.
1. Overview#
Glovo is the largest delivery platform in Southern Europe, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia (25+ countries). Integration with Meni allows you to:
- Sync the menu — changes in Meni are updated in Glovo
- Receive orders — orders from Glovo flow into the unified Meni system
- Manage the stop list — unavailable items are hidden in Glovo as well
- Unified analytics — Glovo data in a single dashboard
2. Requirements#
- A plan with the Glovo integration (Premium or above).
- An active Glovo partner account and access to its Manager Portal.
- The POS Vendor ID (remoteId) issued by Delivery Hero during onboarding.
The merchant does not enter partner API secrets: the platform-side integration handles those credentials. Glovo uses Delivery Hero’s integration middleware. Production activation must be arranged with Glovo.
3. Step-by-step setup#
Step 1. Get connection details from Glovo#
Ask your Glovo contact to activate the POS integration and supply the location’s remoteId and required onboarding details.
Step 2. Connect in Meni#
Open the Glovo card in App Store, choose the location in its configuration window and connect using the supplied identifier. Pass the displayed webhook URL to Glovo. A configured test mode lets you submit a test order; it does not establish a production connection.
Step 3. Send the menu#
- Send menu to Glovo pushes the catalog; Glovo processes it asynchronously and reports the result.
- Import menu from Glovo is available only in test mode. The production Delivery Hero integration does not provide reverse catalog import; maintain the source catalog in Meni and send it to Glovo.
- Sync log shows transfers and platform import errors.
Manual category mapping is not required: the catalog structure is transferred.
Step 4. Configure the channel#
Advanced settings include automatic stop-list updates, default preparation time and a percentage price markup. Orders join the shared Orders feed and KDS.
Virtual brands#
A ghost kitchen can send a subset of the menu to a separate Glovo location under another brand. Incoming orders carry the brand label.
