Dish Flyer Designer
The flyer designer turns any item on your menu into a finished promotional material: a leaflet, a menu insert, a sticker, a table tent, a poster or a postcard. No graphic editor and no designer needed โ the layout comes together in a couple of minutes, and the result can be printed, saved as PDF, downloaded as an image or shared as a link.
There are two ways to open it:
- from the dish card in the Menu section โ with the create-flyer button;
- from the print hub (Marketing โ ๐ผ๏ธ Print), where all print materials live: printing the whole menu and materials for individual items. Items that already have a design are marked with a "Designed" badge.
Layouts and formats
There are 37 ready-made layouts, grouped by purpose:

Every layout sets its own paper format, palette and font pair โ and all of it can be changed.

How the editor works
Layout
Pick a template. It is a starting point: colors, fonts, format and content can all be changed afterwards.
Style
Palette (quick sets or your own colors), font pair, text size, photo focus, and safe-margin guides (5 mm, on screen only).
Content
- Title โ the dish name by default; keep it short and appetizing.
- Description โ the text under the title.
- Price, badge, logo, allergens, QR code โ each can be switched on or off separately. The QR code points to the dish page in your digital menu.
Elements
Click any element right on the sheet (photo, title, description, price, badge, logo, QR, tags) โ a panel opens with offset, scale, rotation, opacity, color, font, alignment, layer and show/hide. Elements can also be dragged with the mouse, and a list with "eyes" is available on the Style tab.
Images
Custom image layers on top of the layout: upload a file or generate one from a description with AI. Each layer has position, size, shape (rectangle / rounded / circle), rotation, opacity and layer order.
My designs
A design you like can be saved as a preset and applied to any other dish โ the style stays yours, while the name, description and QR code come from the new item.
AI assistant
- AI design โ from the name, description, price and category it picks a template, palette, fonts and a headline in one click.
- AI copywriter โ three description options to choose from: short, sensory, poetic.
- AI background โ from your description it draws a subtle decorative pattern (no text, no plates) that becomes a semi-transparent background.
- Photo background removal โ AI cuts the dish out of its background; the result is cached in the dish card, so switching it on again is instant.
- Chat edits โ tell the assistant in plain words ("make the background dark green and the price gold", "hide the QR code and enlarge the title") and it applies the changes in one step โ with undo available.
All AI features are optional: layout, style and copy can be set manually.
Printing and export

Several copies per sheet. For small formats (business card, sticker, bookmark, table tent) the "Print" block offers the "N copies per A4 sheet" mode โ the system calculates how many copies fit and prints a grid with dashed cutting guides. One A4 sheet โ a whole batch of stickers or cards.
Before printing, the designer warns you if the photo is still loading in high resolution, the QR code is enabled without a link, or the badge text is empty.
The design is saved automatically in the dish card โ come back and continue where you left off;
Ctrl/โ + Z undoes, Ctrl/โ + Shift + Z redoes.

Where do the photo and the dish name come from?
From the dish card in your menu โ the flyer fills them in automatically, and you can edit the title and description if you want.
Can I make a flyer without AI?
Yes. All AI features are optional: pick a layout, set the style and text manually, then print or save a PDF.
