⚡ Copilot: Bulk Operations

Bulk price updates, stop-list by category, QR codes, tags, staff access, order corrections

Documentation

Bulk and Advanced Operations

If the basic command reference is about point actions (one price, one dish), then this section is about speed and scale. One phrase instead of fifty clicks.

Why this matters for business. The morning briefing takes 2 minutes instead of 20. Reaction to shortages takes 5 seconds instead of opening each item card. Team and QR code management — without entering three different sections.

Bulk Price Changes

Command What it does Examples
Increase prices by % Applies a percentage to all dishes or a category "Raise all prices by 10%", "Desserts +15%", "Increase all prices by 5%"
Change prices by a fixed amount Adds or subtracts a fixed amount "All soups +2 lari", "Cocktails -3"
Round prices Rounds prices to clean values "Round all prices to 0.50", "Round prices to whole numbers"
Price across all locations Synchronizes the dish price across locations "Khachapuri 20 in all locations", "Sync Caesar price across all branches"

Example scenario. A supplier raised meat prices by 12%. You say: "Raise meat dishes by 8%". Copilot finds the "Meat" category and all dishes with the "meat" tag in other categories, shows a preview list with the new prices — you confirm with a single "Yes". 47 prices updated in 4 seconds.

Before applying, Copilot always shows a list of affected items and the resulting average bill. You can cancel the entire action or exclude individual dishes.

Bulk Stop-List and Visibility

Command What it does Examples
Stop-list by category Sends the entire category to the stop-list “All soups to stop-list”, “86 all fish”
Remove category from stop-list Returns the category to active sales “Bring back all soups from the stop-list”
Stop-list by tag Stops menu items with a specific tag or allergen “Stop everything with seafood”, “Stop all gluten-free items”
Hide category Completely removes the category from the menu “Hide Winter menu”, “Hide Winter category”
Show category Brings the category back “Bring back Summer menu”

Example scenario. The kitchen has run out of fish. You say “86 all fish” (classic kitchen slang) — the copilot understands and moves 11 fish dishes to the stop-list with a single command. Guests immediately see them as unavailable in the QR menu, and new orders are blocked.

Repeating Actions and Undo

Command What it does Examples
Undo last Rolls back the last change "Undo this", "Revert to previous", "Undo"
Repeat for others Applies the last command to a new list "Do the same for the next 5 dishes", "Apply to the entire category"
Roll back session Rolls back all changes over the last N hours "Roll back all today's price changes", "Rollback today's price changes"

Example scenario. Accidentally raised prices for the wrong category. Say "Undo this" — the copilot reverts all prices to their previous values. Change history is saved for 7 days.

Order Pause and Buffer

Command What it does Examples
Pause online orders Temporarily blocks order acceptance via QR/delivery “Pause online orders for 15 minutes”, “Pause orders for 30 min”
Resume orders Resumes order acceptance “Resume orders”, “Resume online orders”
Add time buffer Adds minutes to all prep time estimates “Add 10 minutes to all orders until 21:00”, “+15 min prep time tonight”
Hourly order limit Limits the number of orders of a specific type “Maximum 10 sushi orders per hour”, “Cap pizza orders at 8/hour”

Why. The kitchen is slammed, a tour bus has arrived, the oven broke down — these are all real-world scenarios where you need to instantly put up a barrier without shutting down the entire service.

QR Codes and Devices

Command What it does Examples
Create table QR Generates a QR code for a specific table “Create QR for table 5”, “New QR for table 12”
Delete table QR Deactivates the code “Delete code for table 12”, “Delete table 3 QR”
Open code list Shows all active QR codes “Open QR codes”, “Show all codes”
Create device code Connecting a new monitor/tablet “Code for a new kitchen display”

Example scenario. An extra table was set up on the summer terrace. “Create QR for table Terrace-7” — the copilot generates the code, adds it to the location, and opens a print preview. Without navigating through the menu.

Tags, labels and properties of dishes

Command What it does Examples
Add tag Marks a dish with an allergen or property "Khachapuri — spicy", "Gluten to bread", "Mark steak as spicy"
Remove tag Removes a label "Remove spicy from Khachapuri"
Create label Adds a custom label to the system "Create label Homemade", "Add label: Chef's pick"
Dish weight Updates weight in grams "Khachapuri 350 grams", "Steak 250g"
Calories Updates kcal "Khachapuri 450 kcal", "Caesar 320 kcal"

Why. Guests with dietary restrictions and allergies are a growing audience. Fully completed labels = more trust + automatic filtering in the QR menu.

Staff Access

Command What it does Examples
Create waiter code Generates an access code with limited permissions "Code for waiter — orders only", "Waiter access for Nino"
Disable code Revokes access "Disable Nino's code", "Revoke Beka's access"
List active codes Shows who currently has access "Show active codes", "Show staff codes"
Change role Changes permissions for an existing code "Give Nino access to the menu", "Beka — manager rights"

Security. Each code is linked to a role (waiter, kitchen, manager). When an employee is dismissed, a single voice command blocks all of their sessions.

Duplicate, delete, rearrange

Command What it does Examples
Duplicate dish Creates a copy with a new name "Copy Margherita as Pepperoni", "Duplicate Caesar as Caesar with shrimp"
Delete category Deletes an empty category "Delete empty category Test"
Move dish Changes the position within the category "Khachapuri first in the category", "Move steak to top"
Move category Changes the order of categories in the menu "Drinks to the end of the menu", "Drinks last"

Example. A pizzeria is launching a new pizza. "Copy Margherita as Capricciosa" — the copilot clones the dish with all variants, allergens, photos, and options. You just edit the differences in 30 seconds instead of creating it from scratch.

Banners and messages for guests

Command What it does Examples
Show banner Displays a message in the QR menu to all guests "Show banner: Kitchen is delayed by 20 minutes", "Banner: Free dessert today!"
Remove banner Hides the current banner "Remove banner", "Hide banner"
Schedule banner The banner will appear at the specified time "Tomorrow at 6 PM show banner about live music"

Why. Transparency with guests = less negativity. Order delay, promotion, change in operations — communicated to all tables in a second.

Order Adjustments

Command What it does Examples
Remove item from order Voids the dish, specifying the reason "Remove steak from order 211 — reason: overcooked", "Void item from order 14 — wrong dish"
Complimentary dish Marks the menu item as complimentary (for reporting) "Free dessert for table 7 — for waiting", "Comp coffee on order 22"
Add item to order Adds a dish to an existing order "Add cappuccino to order 15", "Add fries to order 8"

Why it matters for tracking. Every adjustment is logged with a reason and the employee — for shift reports, food cost control, and complaint analysis.
